What is your cancellation policy

You can have a full refund (minus card processing expenses) 10 days in advance, no questions asked, or only two days in advance for the COVID-19-related travel ban.
If the weather is bad on a renting day (strong wind, chance of storm) and we decide that it’s not safe to go boating you will get a full refund. Cloudy weather is not considered a valid reason.
