We had the most fantastic day out with Marin as our skipper. He was such a wonderful guide for our day and tailored it to what best suited our group. He made our day. The boat was well equipped with everything we needed including plenty of water to keep us hydrated. We hope to visit again and will be asking for Marin for our next day trip. Thank you

Our captain Nicola was reakky great. He took us to very beautiful and exclusive spots where you can get only by boat. Tha boat was perfect for our family of 5. Very comfortable. It was very clean. We had a great day on a small private boat sailing around the Hvar south coast and the adjacent islands, just taking in the beautiful surroundings, sunbathing, snorkeling and swimming in the ocean. The skipper spoke fair English, was very friendly and eager to accomodate us. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience visiting the Pakleni Islands on a full day tour. I must admit that I found the trip to be a bit too long - by the end I just wanted to get back, but a great skipper, good views, and good times. I recommend!

We had a fantastic day with Boka boats. There were 9 of us and we hired their largest boat (for 10). Our sailor (Nicola) was relaxed and was never in any rush, which suited our group. Lots of swimming, jumping from the boat and cliffs and beers. Great day and would love to do it all again. We did the red cliffs tour and visited some lovely spots.

What an unforgettable memory! This is probably the best company on the island to rent a boat from. They are super fast at communicating and can sort you out even last minute so don’t hesitate to reach out. We rented from them twice after having an incredible time the first time with the best skipper Johnny. Johnny is a local and knows everything about the island. He was super friendly and professional and we felt that we were on a boat with another friend :) Second day we had another amazing skipper Nikola who was also super fun and showed some of the best spots! If you want to explore the island, this is the best way to do it!

È stata la nostra prima volta ma ci siamo trovati molto bene con il nostro skipper Nikolaj: 8 ore di puro relax, senza fretta, secondo i nostri ritmi. We booked a 6 hour private boat tour with our family of 4 (two teenagers). Boka was super easy to book — had it set up in a matter of minutes for the following day. Nikola was our skipper and picked us up on time right at the dock next to our hotel. Boka provided everything we needed (including floaties!) for the day. Nikola is a local who knew all of the best spots to visit and booked us at a fabulous restaurant for lunch. Expert skipper who maneuvered the boat to avoid wakes and to get us into the best spots for anchoring and swimming. He was super knowledgeable but not overly-present, allowing us to have a true private, family experience.

Unforgettable day in Hvar! Nikola was the perfect skipper — kind, fun, and incredibly professional. He made us feel completely safe and welcome from the moment we stepped on the boat. We did the Red Rocks tour with Marte and had a very memorable day boating around Hvar. We stopped at various rock formations, coves, and even boated to a local restaurant on the water for lunch. My favorite aspects of chartering a boat with HvarBoats were: 1) our skipper was extremely safe and experienced and 2) the day was fully customizable, from when we wanted to leave to which spots we wanted to skip or spend more time at. This experience was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Hvar and an excellent way to see some of the most beautiful spots around the island.

We went on the Johnny Experience and had the most incredible boat trip. Johnny was an amazing tour guide and I couldn’t recommend him enough if you’re looking for a completely curated and authentic boat tour of the Croatian coast. He let us choose from a variety of different stops throughout the trip, took us to a beautiful lunch spot where we had the best food I’ve had so far. This has been the #1 thing we've done on our two week trip to Croatia and I couldn’t recommend this experience enough. Top 5 adventures of my life. Thank you Johnny!!

The best day of our trip (maybe of our lives if we are being honest lol)! There is no tour without Johnny. We visited so many secret spots and he was so intuitive on when it would be crowded Vs. not so we really got the local experience. He was kind, funny, and so informative of Hvar, the islands, and what to visit Vs. Tourist traps. Some of the highlights were: cliff diving at the red rocks, swimming in the tunnel at hidden “actual Green Bay”, lunch at Konoba Kotin (right on the water - beautiful!) - order the mussels and oven baked scorpion fish, and seeing Norma Official Greek DJ at Laganini for drinks. We truly never wanted the day to end! This tour is worth every penny and we owe Johnny (Marino) a million bucks for an experience we will never ever forget. This trip wouldn’t have been complete without this tour. Couldn’t recommend it more. Best skipper in all of Croatia (maybe the world)! Thank you Boka boats & Johnny!

We rented a half day boat with skipper and had a great time out in the sea. Our skipper Yan was very knowledgeable, accommodating and took us to various spots across the South part of Hvar island and Pakleni islands for swimming. He had snorkeling gear and a water cooler onboard as well. The booking experience was very easy, I could ask questions to Veronica before the trip via Whatsapp and make payments. Would highly recommend for people looking for a customized trip!

Johnny took us on a fantastic trip. He didn't do the order that tour operators usually go, meaning it was never crowded where we were. Took us to his favourite spots, made us a restaurant booking at a lovely place and looked after us. Mlini Beach, Red Rocks, the Green Lagoon plus many more spots meant we got to see so much in such a short time. Hvar is stunning, and well worth the tour. Thanks again Boka and Johnny!

An experience I will never forget in my life! Johnny was amazing! He took us to the best beaches and spots. We were two and felt very comfortable spending a whole day with him. All Hail Jhonny, the Skipper, Guide, DJ, Diver and Lifelong Friend We Never Knew We Needed! Where do I even begin with the legend that is Jhonny from Boka Boats Hvar? I mean, calling him a 'skipper' is like calling the Mona Lisa a 'doodle.' It just doesn't do justice to the man or the masterpiece of our private day boat trip. The Destinations: Imagine the most beautiful places you've ever seen on Instagram, and then throw in a filter called "Jhonny's Secret Spots." Seriously, the man knows the coast like he's on a first-name basis with every fish and coral. The Food: Jhonny had an eye for details like an eagle scoping out its next meal. Need a cheese cake? He's got you. Thirsty? He knows were to get a beer, wine or a drink. The Music: We shared some local songs with our playlist and it was a blast. The Hospitality: Okay, here's the clincher. Fun day on the boat! Boka Boat tours was super easy to schedule and quickly responded when I had questions. We started promptly the day of our tour and were picked up at our hotel. Johnny our skipper was amazing. So accommodating and knows the best places and the best order to go to avoid the crowds. We loved red rocks and Mlini bay! Last minute een hele leuke boot gehuurd. We werden goed geïnstrueerd door de medewerkers. We kregen een koeltas met koelelementen mee, heel handig! We hadden een 90 pk boot voor €200,-. Na afloop hebben we deze samen met een medewerker getankt, dit kosten zo’n €38,-. Bij de pomp is het erg druk, erg fijn dus dat er iemand mee ging. Omdat we een snellere boot hadden hebben we ook de Red Rocks kunnen bezichtigen, echt een aanrader.
